🦀木場谷行って来ました。

🥢どうだった？

🦀中々いい感じ、ミシュランの星☆がつくだけのお寿司屋さんだなぁと思った。

🥢どんな感じなの！

🦀つまみが美味しいかったよ、お魚も富山の物や近海の新鮮な物ばかり…特に岩牡蠣が美味しいかったんだよね。都会の人は喜ぶわ、きっと。。。地元でも満喫したし!!

🥢お寿司は？

🦀お寿司は赤酢なんだよね…

ちょっと苦手なんだけど、それでも美味しいかった。

🥢最近多いよね。

🦀小松弥助とは全く違うお寿司だから、夜ここ木場谷、次の日小松弥助というのもありかな、金沢寿司コンシェルジュとしてはオススメしたいコースだけど、ただし予約が取れればね。

🥢一押しってことね。

🦀 I went to Kibatani.

🥢 How was it?

🦀 It felt good, and I thought it was a sushi restaurant with only Michelin stars.

🥢 What is it like!

🦀 The knobs were delicious, the fish were all from Toyama and the fresh ones in the coastal waters ... Especially the rock oysters were delicious. Urban people will be happy, I'm sure. .. .. I enjoyed it locally !!

🥢 What about sushi?

🦀 Sushi is red vinegar, isn't it?

I'm not good at it, but it was still delicious.

🥢 There are many these days.

🦀 It's a completely different sushi from Komatsu Yasuke , so I think it's possible to have Komatsu Yasuaki here at night and Komatsu Yasuke the next day. It's a course I would like to recommend as a Kanazawa sushi concierge, but if you can make a reservation.
